JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE
Reporting to the Community Property Manager, the Property Manager Assistant I must, first and foremost, be sensitive to the needs and particular lifestyle challenges of the Ballington Plaza community and be able to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours Must have property management experience.

Associates Degree Property Management or related discipline
Experience with Housing Authority procedures and documentation a plus.
Current California driver's license and clean driving record
