JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

As part of the Learning & Development team, the Learning & Development Clinical Training Specialist conducts training and performs training design, development, utilization, and evaluation of processes and resources for learning, primarily for clinical and case management training, including all levels of leadership and staff throughout the organization.

The Learning & Development Clinical Training Specialist shall develop courses and training materials such as teaching manuals and student guides, in close coordination with the Manager – Learning and Development as well as Program and Department leadership. Uses varied learning methodologies including classroom training, blended learning, job aids, experiential learning, and e-learning.
